Michelle has an energetic and passionate approach to business with a key strength in building and managing relationships.
Over the last 24 years Michelle has worked with some of New Zealand’s largest corporate companies reviewing their end-to-end travel processes, resulting in recommendation and implementation of cost saving opportunities around hard savings and process improvements. This has included the writing and implementation of company policy, implementation of online booking tools and back office billing and authority processes, and supplier negotiations.

Her other passions include her two children, keeping fit and catching up with her wonderful friends.
