Sabre PacificSabre Online (SOL)is our clients one-stop travel solution for air, accommodation and rental cars. Our Internet based technology allows on-line policy-compliant reservations, access to traveller information and management of authorisation. Traveller profiles and company policy is included for automatic download into bookings, fully integrated with SAM - our back office specialist travel management software.

Sabre Online can be customised for your specific needs - this includes travel policy, exception reporting, cost centres, authorisation procedures, negotiated/preferred rates and user access rights.

Why would you use our online booking tool over the airline reservation systems, or any other internet travel portal?

  • All airlines are displayed in one screen including internet carriers e.g. Jetstar, Virgin Blue
  • You will be given 24hours before tickets will be issued on GDS airlines such as Air New Zealand, Qantas flights & Emirates
  • Your profile information is downloaded from SAM, into the booking saving time. Ie Frequent flyer programmes, credit card details, contact phone numbers correct spelling of name as per profile and passport details
  • All information is captured by Quay Travel for accurate reporting
  • Hotels/rental car bookings can be made in the same booking saving time on additional phone calls/website searches. Membership numbers and preferred rates can be loaded and booked online as well
  • The ability to manage quite complex policies if required, including pre travel authorisation and reasons for travel.
  • The ability to capture cost centre codes, unique booking identifiers etc.
  • The ability to clone/template regular trips to save time in the future.
